1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "User", or "Operator") and MikroRadius ("we", "our", or "us"). By registering for an account, accessing the MikroRadius web portal, connecting network routers, or purchasing a subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our incorporated Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)

MikroRadius does not store or process payment card details. All payment information is captured directly and securely by Lemon Squeezy using PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant encryption.

3. Subscriptions, Invoicing & Renewals

• Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis, starting on the date of your initial transaction.
• Automatic Renewal: To ensure uninterrupted hotspot authentication and voucher issuing, subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.
• Taxes & VAT: All applicable value-added taxes (VAT), goods and services taxes (GST), and sales taxes are automatically determined, collected, and remitted by Lemon Squeezy based on your country and billing address.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account portal or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Cancellations stop subsequent recurring billings while keeping your service active until the end of the paid period. 4. Service License & Intellectual Property

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, MikroRadius grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the cloud portal and RADIUS engine to manage your wireless broadband networks. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the source code or API protocols.
• Resell, rent, lease, or sub-license the software without an explicit White Label or Enterprise partner agreement.
• Bypass subscription limits (such as router limits or active subscriber thresholds) through illicit tampering.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You represent and warrant that your use of the Service complies with all applicable local and international telecommunications, privacy, and cyber regulations. You strictly agree not to use the Service to:

• Facilitate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, port scanning, or malicious network probing.
• Engage in unauthorized interception, deep-packet inspection, or unconsented surveillance of end-user traffic.
• Distribute malware, phishing landing pages, or unsolicited bulk electronic communications (spam).
• Circumvent regional law enforcement lawful intercept requirements where legally applicable to your ISP.

MikroRadius reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate accounts that engage in malicious network behavior or violate this Acceptable Use Policy without liability or refund.

6. Cloud Architecture & Service Availability

MikroRadius is engineered as a high-availability cloud controller running universal RFC-compliant FreeRADIUS protocols (RFC 2865, 2866, 3576, 5176). Network routers communicate with our cloud infrastructure via secure RADIUS UDP sockets or encrypted tunnels. MikroRadius does not install custom firmware or intrusive local binaries on your physical devices. Your networking hardware operates independently, and you retain full physical ownership and administrative control over your network equipment.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, MIKRORADIUS AND ITS RESELLER LEMON SQUEEZY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

IN NO EVENT SHALL MIKRORADIUS, ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, OR LEMON SQUEEZY BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR UPSTREAM TELECOMMUNICATIONS DISRUPTIONS) ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO LEMON SQUEEZY FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

8. Governing Law & Contact Information

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable commercial and internet law. Any disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith informal negotiations with our engineering and support desk.
